There is a lot to do here. You’ll see.
Swim in the heated pool (with lights for adult-only Saturday night swims), mine for gems and fossils at the Shadow Brook Mine, and gather at the community fire pit for complimentary Saturday night s’mores or the hot cocoa bar.
Every Saturday and holiday there is an art project for kids and adults. Hayrides, horseshoes, volleyball, a rec hall with pool, ping pong and foosball, and an arcade fill in the rest.

“We found a great family run campground very close to Cooperstown. Clean grounds, large fishing pond, quiet, in a beautiful natural surrounding.”
“The campground and all its offerings are 5 star but it is the staff that makes it 6.”
“The crystal-clear pond was one of our favorite parts. Whether you’re catching small fish or huge catfish, it’s a great spot to spend time.”
“Very peaceful RV stay. The spaces were well spread apart and spacious with actual green well manicured spots.”
“I forgot to bring a spatula for my extremely overpriced nonstick Blackstone and she gave me her own to get through the night. I thought that was awfully nice of her to do!”

“Our favorite part of campground ownership is seeing the smiles on our campers’ faces, hearing the laughter of the kids and drying an occasional tear at check-out time.”
We are at the peaceful end of town, nestled between 3 farms at the foothills of the Catskills and Adirondack Mountains. You will fall asleep to the sound of a donkey’s bray, a peacock’s call and the ribbit of a bullfrog. Come stay with us and let us make this your Happy Place.
