A private, scenic campground on 21 wooded acres with a stocked fishing pond, minutes from downtown Cooperstown. Shaded and sunny sites, pull thrus and 50 amp service on some sites.

RV & tent sites

Every RV site has water and electric. Some add sewer, 50 amp service and pull thrus, and our mobile sewer service is there for the rest. Sites fit pop-ups, tents, travel trailers, 5th wheels and large motorhomes with a tow vehicle.

Waterfront sites let you fish right from your campsite and enjoy the fountain lit pond in the evening.

One camping unit per site and a maximum of 6 people, per NYS Board of Health. A second small tent is fine for your children. Several areas are set up for groups if you reserve early.

2026 campsite rates

Rates include 4 people per site. Peak is Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off-peak excludes holiday weekends. Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends) and Hall of Fame Induction have a 3 night minimum.

Cabins, park models & rental trailers

Please bring your own pillows, linens, blankets and towels for every lodging. Bed sizes for your unit are on your reservation confirmation.

Log camping cabins

Cozy log cabins with 3 full size beds (sleeps up to 6), a small dresser, table and chairs, mini fridge and microwave. Electricity and lighting, mattresses, curtains, AC and heat, and a front porch with a cedar swing. Outside: BBQ grill, fire ring, water spigot and picnic table. Restrooms are within 3 sites of each cabin.

Deluxe cabins add an equipped kitchenette, bathroom, television, ceiling fans and larger living areas.

Park model cabins & the Cottage

Park models have equipped kitchens, bathrooms, television, AC and heat, ceiling fans, porches, BBQ grills and larger living areas.

The Cottage at Shadow Brook has three bedrooms, two full baths, an eat-in kitchen, living room and laundry room, fully furnished. Monthly stays are $3,500 plus tax.

Rental travel trailers

Avoid the expense and upkeep of your own RV. Each trailer has a kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, stove and dinette, plus dishes, utensils and basic pots and pans. A bathroom with shower, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and outside a BBQ grill, fire ring, 2 Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Trailers sleep 2 to 6.

Some trailers are pet friendly (dogs and cats, extra pet fee, approved when you reserve). A $150 refundable security deposit applies.

Per night, plus 14% tax (subject to change). Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children; each additional person is $10 a night. 2 night minimum, longer in peak season and on holidays, and 4 nights for Hall of Fame Induction.
